Regents Canal and beyond

Mark and I cycled east from Islington on the Regents Canal and took a detour through Victoria Park, the Hartford Union Canal, The River Lee Navigation and the Limehouse Cut. Stopped on the way back to Islington on the Regents Canal to help a barge owner through a lock.
